Luxury Mortgage has career opportunities for experienced Closing Coordinator!
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the closing process (loan package creation, HUD approval, scheduling and funding authorization). Position requires extensive closing experience with government and conventional loans, strong attention to detail, ease with varied loan origination and closing systems, and a highly responsive client-services manner. Expected productivity of five (5) to eight (8) loans per day.
The position offers a base salary, benefits, 401K and production bonus
Responsibilities
Prepare Mortgage Closing packages, schedule/coordinate closing, review HUD and inform closing agent of necessary corrections, approve final HUD and authorize disbursement to closing agent. Packages must be prepared accurately and timely. Ability to work in a stressful environment required.

- Strong Commitment to teamwork.
- Position is responsible for all steps of the closing process from package preparation through funding authorization:
- Verify, complete data and documentation necessary to arrange loan closing
- Prepare and distribute loan closing package
- Work with title companies/attorneys and other parties to schedule closing.
- Review, balance, and approve HUD-1 and issue funding authorization to closing agent
- Review final signed HUD-1, along with other documents necessary to issue funding authorization
- Work effectively in a distributed team environment with strong attention to client service.
- Manage turn times as dictated by department manager
- To accommodate high-volume closing periods at end-of-month
Job experience/qualifications required
Minimum Qualifications: If you do not have these required skills please do not apply:
- Minimum 2 years residential mortgage closing experience in a loan production environment
- Detailed knowledge of all steps of the closing process from package preparation through funding authorization
preferred skills
- Experience with both conventional and government products
- Thorough knowledge of compliance and fee requirements for closing
- Technologically savvy, with the ability to work in a paperless file management system.
- Proficiency with loan origination systems; experience with Encompass 360 a plus.
- High attention to detail and effective problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask in a high volume environment
