Administrative Assistant -Midtown NYC- Job ID 213-LMC

Fast growing 11 person sales office seeking an administrative assistant.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS required
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once
  • Working independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be intuitive, able to anticipate needs and develop options
  • Superior follow through skills, detail and customer service oriented
  • Ability to learn key supportive applications

Duties include/not limited to:
  • Answering phones
  • Develop relationships w/internal admin staff to facilitate office production, payroll and expense tracking
  • Submit requests for new hires
  • Coordidnate all aspects of operating/maintaining sales office including supply ordering soft/hard goods, electronic/internet equipment and technology upgrades
  • Manage/monitor multiple sales data bases
  • Provide admin support to sales associates on as need basis including copying, light marketing and technical assistance to ensure smooth operation of the business
