In addition to managing a personal production pipeline the Jumbo Mortgage Production Managers recruit additional jumbo sales associates to the branch or financial unit, and assist in their smooth transition into the firm ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided and quality loans are generated.

Qualified individuals would receive commission on their own production, volume override on the production of their new hires, a fee per new hire and a quarterly NOI bonus.

Positions available in our Paramus, NJ - Stamford, CT and Garden City, NY locations.

Required Qualification:  

• 5+ years of successful external/outside retail mortgage origination experiences with an emphasis on self sourced jumbo mortgage business.
• Must meet the requirements of a Qualified Individual as determined by S.A.F.E and State Governing bodies
