Vlora Shala

Vlora Shala is a Private Mortgage Banker with Luxury Mortgage Corp. She has been in the mortgage business for 15 years, and provides residential and commercial financing to her clients throughout the Tri-state area. Ms. Shala specializes working with first-time homebuyers, arranging SONYMA, FHA, FannieMae and conventional mortgage loans. She often speaks at first-time homebuyer seminars and has been featured in Real Estate In-Depth and Continental Magazine.

Prior to joining Luxury Mortgage Corp in 2008, Ms. Shala worked for Indymac and Chase. And, a little known fact about Ms. Shala -- her first job, at 15, was also in real estate. Ms. Shala managed a building for her father. “I knew then I was in my field,” she says.

Today, Ms. Shala is dedicated to serving her community and helping her clients navigate the mortgage process. Century 21 broker Raysa Santos said Ms. Shala is “resourceful and ambitious,” and added that “her straight talk is music to my ears.”

Ms. Shala lives in Cortland Manor, but was born in Kosovo and also lived in Germany before coming to the U.S. in 1984 to settle with her family in Yonkers, N.Y. She speaks fluent Albanian.
